TVP must guarantee that all candidates participate in the election debate

TVP is obliged to organize at least 1 election debate and guarantee equal conditions for all candidates to participate in it. Covering 1 that it does not organize itself is simply a precedent - says lawyer Aleksandra Trusewicz from the Legal Counsel Office.
