– We should all push Russia to halt aggression. The concessions were never the way to a fair and lasting peace," stated the Prime Minister of the Government in an entry in English that he posted on the X site.
Tusk thus reacted to media reports on territorial concessions. "Financial Times" reported that during a stormy gathering at the White home Donald Trump called on the president of Ukraine to accept Russian demands.
Trump was expected to push Zelenski
The president of the United States was to inform Zelenski that "Putin had announced the demolition of Ukraine in case of refusal". Trump was besides to insist on ‘giving all of Donbas Putin’, repeating the arguments expressed by the Russian dictator respective times.
