Tusk on "rebellion" against EU decision. Morawiecki responds

Donald Tusk announced that Poland "will not implement the migration pact or projects that would lead to the forced acceptance of migrants". The KO leader besides referred to the substance on social media. His words were met with a retort from Mateusz Morawiecki.
