- We have a problem that the institutions that make formal judgments about the validity of elections are not recognized as legitimate by this democratic side, but besides by the European Court," Donald Tusk said, commenting on the ultimate Court's ruling on election protests. As announced in open session, the judges decided that the violations were legitimate, but did not affect the result of the elections.
