Turkey: Another Patriot strategy is deployed in Adana Province

NATO deploys another American air defence strategy Patriot in Adana state in the south of Turkey," said the spokesperson of the defence ministry of Turkey Zeki Aktrk, quoted by the agency of Anadol today. At Adan is the Incirlik Air Base, where soldiers of the North Atlantic Alliance are stationed.

"In addition to the national action taken to guarantee the safety of our airspace and our citizens, another Patriot strategy is deployed in Adan, assigned by the Alliance Air Force Command in Ramstein, Germany, in addition to the Spanish Patriot system, which is already stationed there," Aktrk said.

W Adana is located in Incirlik Air Base, where staff from the United States, Qatar, Spain and Poland are stationed, as well as Turkish troops.

Last week, the Alliance deployed the Patriot strategy in the southeastern state of Malatya, close NATO's radar base, as part of an effort to strengthen air defence against the dangers of the war since the end of February in the mediate East.
