TEU: Directing ultimate Court judges to work in 2 chambers in accordance with EU law

The Court of Justice of the EU ruled on Friday that the appointment of judges of the ultimate Court to justice in 2 chambers is compatible with Union law. He thus considered that the transfer of judges between the chambers of that court by his First president Margaret Manowska was justified.
