WZON: Disabled victims have been suffering for a year. They are losing up to 1,128 PLN per month. No 1 wants to aid them

The harm arises from the Guidelines of the Government Plenipotentiary for Persons with Disabilities. They were sent to all WZONs in December 2024 and mandate the simplification of support benefits for persons with disabilities aged 75 and older. This is due to the fact that the plenipotentiary assumed that all individual in this age group has elements of dependency regardless of disability, and money is only due for the disability itself. Therefore, they arbitrarily ordered a simplification of benefits for older persons with disabilities, for example those aged 80. This is, of course, age discrimination. And of course, there is no basis for this in statutory law. And of course, at any point, the Constitutional Tribunal will deal with this.
