Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia are preparing plans to evacuate hundreds of thousands of citizens from border areas with Russia. 3 countries put police, border guards and volunteer militarized formations on alert. It responds to the expanding tension in the region and the increasingly frequent hostile signals coming from the Kremlin.
