Vladimir Putin should not have bombed civilian areas in Ukraine - president Donald Trump wrote on Saturday, adding that secondary sanctions may be essential on Russia.
"There was no reason for Putin to fire on civilian areas, cities and towns in the last fewer days" - wrote Trump on the fact Social platform. "It makes me think that possibly he doesn't want to halt the war" - stated.
"He's just fooling me. possibly you gotta deal with it differently, through 'banking' or 'secondary'? besides many people are dying!!" wrote the American President.
