Trump is "mad" on Putin. Sets Moscow's conditions and threatens to introduce customs

It appears that Donald Trump is slow changing his attitude towards Russia's leader. The U.S. president told NBC station on Sunday that he was "excited" and "very angry" at Vladimir Putin and questioning Volodymyr Zelenski's credentials by him. He besides threatened that if there was no truce due to Russia, he would introduce "secondary duties" to Russian oil.
