Trump announces changes in sanctions, targeting Russian oil. "Great project"

U.S. president Donald Trump suggested that the Customs Act on goods from countries purchasing Russian oil would shortly be adopted by Congress. The law would remove a gap in sanctions that allows imports of natural material from Russia processed by refineries in another countries.
