“The result of the war in Ukraine will be determined by the resilience of the state - including, among others, the ability to supply safety and medical benefits to citizens. The war is only a temporary obstacle to the improvement of a free, sovereign Ukraine,” said Jacek Siewiera, the head of the National safety Bureau, during a press conference on the training of the first group of medics from Ukraine, which is related to the air evacuation of wounded soldiers and civilians.
