"At night, at about 24:00 at the training ground close Załuski close Nidzica, a Rosomak ATC was overturned during a night adaptation drive. As a consequence of the incidental during program activities, a soldier of the 16th Mechanized Division was killed. A second soldier was lightly injured and is in the hospital, his life is not in danger," the General Command stated in a communiqué on X.
It was besides reported that the household of the deceased soldier has been assisted. "The commission will clarify all causes of the accident. The investigation is being conducted by the Military Police Branch from Elblag," it reads.
