As we wrote onTemat.pl, since the announcement of the results of the second circular of elections, there have been media reports of possible irregularities erstwhile counting votes in any committees.

The first president of the ultimate Court, Małgorzata Manowska, in a conversation with TVN24 revealed that over 56,000 electoral complaints had already been received by SN. She unexpectedly divided it into "better and worse." She considered the second to be the alleged "gierchewki", i.e. electoral protests, which were based on a model published by MP Roman Giertych.

The counselor filed 5 electoral protests regarding the validity of the presidential election. Justice Minister Adam Bodnar considered that 3 of these charges required evidence before the ultimate Court.

On Tuesday, the SN reported that so far it has found 3 electoral protests to be legitimate. At the same time, it was noted that the irregularities found did not affect the final result of the elections.
