When a drone comes, all second counts. So what should we do? A simple guide was created in Ukraine, which shows what to do in case of attack.

The guide prepared Ukrainians who have been attacked by Russian drones for over 3 years. As they describe erstwhile a low, distinctive sound is heard, it is simply a sign that Shahed – a dron-kamikaze is approaching. Then you have a dozen, possibly a fewer twelve seconds to react.

That's what you gotta do in case of a drone attack.

Ukrainian services have created a circumstantial endurance guide for civilians. They urge you not to record, not take pictures, not check notifications in case of emergency. No video is worth human life.

"Leave the phone, walk distant from the window. Glass during the detonation turns into blades. It is best to take shelter in a area without windows, specified as a bathroom or corridor" – we read. It's best that there are 2 supporting walls between man and the street.

If you're home: lie on the level and cover your head with your hands. You must be below their trajectory.

If the attack surprises you outside, take your protective position immediately. The best way is to find a concrete wall, deep ground or another solid shields. If you're in the car, stop, turn off the engine, turn off the lights and leave the vehicle immediately.

After the first attack, a second frequently appears

Hide behind anything that provides cover, and if there's nothing around, lie down on the ground, preferably by the curb.

Don't forget 1 simple but crucial gesture: close your ears and open your mouth. This could defend your proceeding and lungs from the shock wave. After the explosion, even if it seems like everything's quiet, don't get up right away. There are frequently another strikes. Silence after the first attack can be treacherous. Wait at least 10 minutes before you move. Patience right now can save your life.
