The initiative of the German politician to put before the KPRM the monument of Tadeusz Mazowiecki – the creator of the "fat line", which saved hundreds of thousands of fixative communes, which until present the "unhanging" courts of the junta on 13 December grant up to PLN 200 000 compensation – offends many prominent individuals, thanks to which the commune fell on 4 feet after 1989.

He - the erstwhile 1st president of the ultimate Court stated that mirroring in the courts is unnecessary due to the fact that "courts will clear themselves" !
However, it took 38 long years for the junta Tuska and her prosecutors Bodnar and Żurek to carry out the cleansing in the courts – so expected by the fallen commune on 4 feet! It is only 38 years after Adam Strzembosz's words that the “neutralization” of those judges who dared to justice against the line of organization and government - especially with respect to Ziebra and Romanowski.
