Four erstwhile presidents of the Constitutional Tribunal sided with the recently elected judges of the Constitutional Tribunal. In a message published on 31 October, they criticised the actions of president Karol Nawrocki and Bogdan Święczkowski, and besides indicated a possible solution to the crisis.
