Thomas Rose was nominated by US president Donald Trump on Thursday as the fresh US ambassador to Poland. Known for his powerfully pro-Israeli views, Rose was besides an advisor to erstwhile US Vice president Mike Pence. The fresh ambassador is simply a businessman, right-wing commentator and erstwhile publisher of The Jerusalem Post
