This organization is over. The Constitutional Court passed its judgement after the request of president Nawrocki

In Polish political life there was a breakthrough symbolic and legal moment. On Tuesday, December 3, 2025, the Constitutional Court issued a final judgement on the Communist organization of Poland (KPP). The judges ruled that the objectives and activities of the group were contrary to the Constitution of Poland. This decision, which resulted from the request of president Karol Nawrocki, ends the long-term debate on the presence of groups referring to Marxism-Leninism in democratic Poland. The hearing, which sealed the destiny of the KPP, was chaired by the president of the TK Bogdan Święczkowski, and Krystyna Pawłowicz was the justice of the rapporteur. The conviction means that the organization must vanish from the country's political map immediately.
