Neither Mariusz Kamiński nor Maciej Wąsik intend to appear at Tuesday's session of the parliamentary commission of enquiry into Pegasus. Both PiS politicians, explaining their absence, cited the ruling of the Constitutional Tribunal. The erstwhile appealed to the talker of the Sejm to "restore the dignity of parliament", while Wąsik stated that the commission "paralyzes the work of the secret services".
