Another controversial decision by the Ministry of Culture and National Heritage. As part of the "Visual Arts" program, the largest grant within the alleged ministerial reserve was awarded for the commercial event Warsaw Gallery Weekend. Funds were not available for many public institutions, not to mention NGOs.
