- I truly do not only not control in any way and cannot control and have never controlled the Constitutional Tribunal, but besides (...) I do not observe its rulings at this minute - emphasized Jarosław Kaczyński. In these words, he referred to the Constitutional Tribunal's ruling on the activities of the envelope election commission. The body ruled that the establishment of the commission was unconstitutional.
