Deputy Minister of Education Katarzyna Lubnauer in Programme 1 of Polish Radio announced what the changes are caused by. – We want very limited usage of any equipment by kindergartens, to zero, you can say. We want to reduce very clearly in the case of classes 1-3 – she betrayed.
Lubnauer besides pointed out that akin restrictions already apply in around 60% of schools that can regulate themselves. “We may change the law to truly strengthen the opportunities of schools for these restrictions,” she said.
Lubnauer wants concrete changes
At the same time, Deputy Minister of Education commented on the proposal of the talker of the Sejm Simon Holownia, who would like to proceed with the task this year. In her opinion, "so far as it looks like an action that will not solve the problem", she added that it was "too simple a solution".
– So let's think about what we can do to actually restrict access to smartphones. How to take care of digital hygiene besides at home, how to introduce legal solutions – this is not a ministry of education, but alternatively a ministry of digitization said Lubnauer.
