Prime Minister Donald Tusk has appointed Wojciech Wrochna to the position of Government Plenipotentiary for strategical Energy Infrastructure and to the position of Secretary of State in the Ministry of Industry, the Ministry of manufacture announced. Wrochna will be liable for, among another things, the implementation of the atomic project.
