There is simply a contract for reflection satellites for the Polish Army

On 20 December, at the office of the Ministry of National Defence, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of National Defence Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz signed a contract for the acquisition of reflection satellites for the Polish Army.
