The celebrated Noma restaurant in Copenhagen will reopen to guests. Its erstwhile head chef, René Redzepi, has handed the reins over to his colleagues and has besides announced a fresh task of his own. The restaurant, which until late boasted 3 Michelin stars, is fundamentally starting from scratch.
