The celebrated Noma restaurant in Copenhagen will reopen for guests. Her erstwhile boss, René Redzepi, handed the controls to coworkers, besides announced a new, own project. The restaurant, until late able to boast 3 stars in the Michelin guide, starts fundamentally from scratch.
