The restoration of the hydroelectric power plant and the deficiency of appropriate communication were imposed on the low water condition. The fishermen are afraid about "the imbalance of the river's biological balance", and MP Daria Gosek-Popiołek writes in intervention about "the disaster of the full ecosystem".
