The U.S. Senate, by a commanding majority of 86 votes, supported further work on a bill introducing additional sanctions against Russia. The bill was named in honor of its co-author, Senator Lindsey Graham, who passed distant on July 11, whose ceremony took place on July 28 in Washington.
