EU Inc. aims to facilitate the establishment of companies in the EU. Experts indicate 3 major task problems

On 18 March 2026, the European Commission published a draft regulation establishing EU Inc. As explained, the fresh company is intended to facilitate "establishment and improvement of business in Europe, attract investment and reduce costs in case of failure". The company will be a strict European entity – according to the announcements, its legal framework will be designated by the alleged "28th government of law". The task is presently being undertaken by the European Parliament and the Council.
