The Chamber of Extraordinary Control and Public Affairs of the ultimate Court annulled the decision of the Chamber of labour rejecting the dismissal of the erstwhile minister in the PiS government, and now MEP Mariusz Kamiński, regarding the termination of his parliamentary mandate.
