The Chamber of Extraordinary Control and Public Affairs of the ultimate Court repealed the order of the Labour Chamber dismissing the appeal of the erstwhile minister in the Law and Justice Government, and now the Euro MP Mariusz Kamiński, on the termination of his parliamentary mandate.
