The ultimate Court referred to the Constitutional Tribunal the case of the complaints of Bogdan Święczkowski and Bartłomiej Sochański. The Minister of Justice, Waldemar Żurek, referred to this decision, saying that he was pleased with this decision. He added that the very filing of these complaints proves that they considered that the order of a break in the performance of their duties as Tribunal judges was effective.
