The Chamber of Professional work of the ultimate Court ruled that it could not hear the complaint of the president of the Constitutional Tribunal and his deputy against their suspension. The ruling was issued by a legal justice of the ultimate Court, who at the same time decided that the complaint could only be heard by the Constitutional Tribunal.
