President Andrzej Duda will meet on Tuesday with General Keith Kellogg, the U.S. peculiar envoy for Ukraine and Russia. The head of the global Policy Bureau in the Chancellery of the President, Wojciech Kolarski, told TVN24 that "the president will present the Polish position on Ukraine, which is constant, unchangeable."
