The president spoke out on the substance of Maciej Berek's oath of office. The Constitutional Tribunal has issued a statement.

Weronika Ścibor, spokesperson for the Constitutional Tribunal, announced that the Tribunal had received a letter setting distant president Karol Nawrocki’s position on the judicial oath taken by Maciej Berek in the Sejm. According to her, the letter indicates that Berek has not entered into an authoritative employment relation as a justice of the Constitutional Tribunal.
