The Constitutional Tribunal received a letter setting distant president Karol Nawrocki’s position regarding the judicial oath administered to Maciej Berek in the Sejm, according to Constitutional Tribunal spokesperson Weronika Ścibor. According to her, the letter indicates that Berek has not entered into an authoritative relation as a Constitutional Tribunal judge.
