“The planet is changing”: global problems were debated in Iraq, including Ukraine

The Rafidain Center for dialog Forum, taking place on 26-29.09 in Baghdad, is 1 of the most crucial conference events in the mediate East. Iraq, although it has very serious home problems, is 1 of the fewer places where representatives of various conflicted states (apart from Israel) can meet. 1 of the panels afraid Ukraine, but unfortunately it became a field for the display of Russian propaganda, which respective 100 participants, representing influential institutions of the mediate East (and not only), absorbed in the absence of a communicative to the contrary.
