The Baghdad Rafidain Center for dialog Forum is 1 of the most crucial conference events in the mediate East. Iraq, although having very serious interior problems, is 1 of the fewer places where representatives of various conflicted states (except Israel) can meet. 1 of the panels afraid Ukraine but unfortunately it became a field for the performance of Russian propaganda, which respective 100 participants, representing influential institutions of the mediate East (and not only), absorbed for deficiency of other narrative.
