Ukrainian naval drones not only forced the Russian Black Sea Fleet to retreat, but besides caught the Pentagon’s attention. The United States plans to spend over $3 billion on a fleet of unmanned vessels designed to aid contain China’s increasing power in the Pacific in the future.
