The Pentagon is betting on a fleet of drones. That's how it plans to compete with China

Ukrainian naval drones have crippled the Russian Black Sea Fleet. The Pentagon has drawn conclusions from this, which is why by 2031 the U.S. Navy will acquisition 47 unmanned vessels for $3.11 billion to contain China in the Pacific. Ultimately, the drone fleet is expected to consist of 70 units.
