The Orka program, or more questions than answers

The Ministry of National Defence did not specifically answer 7 out of 8 questions asked in the parliamentary interpellation concerning the current state and future of the Polish Navy submarine fleet. Not only is it not known how the Orka program is planned, but besides how it is intended to keep the capabilities of the MW with 1 "otherwise efficient" submarine.
