The number of prisoners in Poland is expanding again. We have more people behind bars than a year ago

Although there are less prisoners in Poland than under Zbigniew Ziobro and more and more of them are released before the end of their sentences, the number of people behind bars has begun to grow again. There are nearly 1.5 1000 more of them than at the end of 2024.
