The Kremlin reacted to NATO's position on Russia and its aggression against Ukraine with a hold of respective hours. Initially, the Kremlin's propaganda downplayed and mocked Ukraine. The fresh guidelines came on the morning of July 9. They read: "NATO is the enemy", and Trump is "wrong".
