Donald Trump amazed the planet by offering Ukraine a licence to produce Patriots. Meanwhile, Poland and Germany have besides been striving for their own rocket mill for months, as they already produce an older version of missiles at home. So will Ukraine take distant our chances for a Patriot factory?
