Judge Justyna Koska-Janusz filed a motion to be excluded from proceeding the case of irregularities in the Justice Fund at the time erstwhile Zbigniew Ziobro was the Minister of Justice. "I decided that for the good of the justice strategy I should file specified a motion," she tells "Rzeczpospolita".
