The same-sex matrimony case. Application of the Law and Justice in the Constitutional Tribunal

A request from a group of Members of Law and Justice appeared on the Constitutional Court's website. They request a message of non-compliance with the constitution of the provisions on the basis of which the Chief Administrative Court has obliged the office of civilian position to enter in the registry of single-sex matrimony concluded abroad.
