Constitutionalists: The president has not done his duty

The period which has passed since the Sejm elected fresh judges of the Constitutional Tribunal exceeds the reasonable limits of the prompt action to take oaths from these persons - he acknowledged in the position adopted on Monday by the Management Board of the Polish Society of Constitutional Law. The PTPK presently brings together over 150 Polish constitutional lawyers.
