A Pentagon study found that U.S. Secretary of defence Pete Hegseth's usage of an online chat to discuss planned bombings in Yemen created a threat to U.S. military personnel and the success of the mission, according to U.S. media. A Pentagon spokesperson said the study clears Hegseth.
