The head of the German abroad Ministry wants to resume dialog with Russia. "The time has come."

German abroad Minister Johann Wadephul, defending his decision to meet with Russian abroad Minister Sergey Lavrov, stated that, in his opinion, the time had come for talks with Russia. He noted, however, that the Kremlin itself is not ready to resume the dialogue.
