A fresh game of cat and mouse begins in the North Atlantic. Germany and Britain have announced that they will jointly find Russian submarines — and, if necessary, fight them. The nonsubjective is to strengthen the safety of Europe and the full NATO alliance in the face of the increasing activity of the Russian fleet.
