The fresh taxation comes into force – the government quietly introduced a tribute from the most popular electronic equipment

Without parliamentary debate and without the president's signature, the notorious reprographic fee, besides known as a smartphone tax, enters into force. The funds from the collected fee will go straight to Polish artists. In practice it will cover all the most popular electronic devices in Polish homes, including mobile phones, decoders or media, specified as CDs and even printer paper.
