The government wants to make it easier for judges to adjudicate after the age of 65 and limit delegations

Making it easier for judges to service after the age of 65 and sorting out the issue of non-judicial delegations of judges, including to the Ministry of Justice, is provided for in the draft amendment to the Law on the strategy of Common Courts. The government is to deal with it on Tuesday.
